Last Month Preparation for AIPMT 2016


All India Pre-Medical Test has been scheduled for the 1st of May this year. So, all those of you planning to appear for it are left with less than a month to prepare for the same. How to make the most of this last month leading to the exam is the big question now. The stress levels are high during this time and may cause distress and anxiety. However, the key is to stay calm and determined and give in your 100%. Here are a few tips that should be followed diligently during these last few weeks in order to get through the exam with a good score.

Prepare a Schedule
First thing that you require doing is to prepare a workable schedule that allows you to cover the entire syllabus in the days left for the exam. Review it at the end of each day to see if you have met the set targets or need to push harder. It is suggested to revise the plan if you are not able to follow it even after giving your best.

Give Mock Tests
It is the time to revise all your lessons over and over again. However, just revising and mugging up chapters is not sufficient. Eat Right
It is true that you are what you eat. Sleep Well
You must never ever compromise on your sleep, not even during this crucial phase. Reducing your sleeping hours will not only mar your ability to concentrate but can also have negative repercussion on both your physical as well as mental health.

While you must devote most of your time to your studies however do not sit for long hours at a stretch. Take a few short breaks in between to refresh your mind. Figure out as to what it is that you require for rejuvenating and indulge in it. It may range from talking to a friend, going for a walk, dancing in your room or just about anything.
