CBSE AIPMT 2015 results delayed again, SC to pronounce order on June 15

AIPMT Result 2015: Supreme Court has reserved its verdict on petitions seeking cancellation of the AIPMT exam and demanding re-examination due to the alleged irregularities in the exam conducted on May 3. Supreme Court, who is likely to pronounce order on Monday, has asked CBSE not to declare the All India Pre-Medical Test results till then.
During the hearing, the bench comprising justices R K Agarwal and Amitabha Roy said, “The examination stands vitiated even if one student is being benefited illegally.”
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had conducted the AIPMT 2015 exam on May 3, 2015. Haryana police has arrested 12 people and 25 students till now in connection with the leak of AIPMT answer keys on the day of the exam. These include two dentists and a MBBS student. The kingpin of the paper leak racket Roop Singh Dangi is absconding and the Haryana police has announce a reward of Rs 1 lakh for anyone who provides information about him. Dangi is a resident of Madina village in Rohtak district, Haryana.
The Supreme Court did not allow the AIPMT exam to be re-conducted and asked the Haryana Police to track the beneficiaries instead.
While parents and students are demanding re-examination following the massive irregularities, CBSE has pointed out that re-examination would be very difficult as the board would require at least 120 days or 6 months for the arrangements. This delay would also have adverse effect on MBBS/BDS courses.
