NEET Exam 2021 has been successfully conducted on 12th September 2021. NEET Counselling is important. The exam is conducted for admission in MBBS/ BDS courses offered by various medical colleges in India. It is one of the toughest exams conducted in India.

After all the pandemic and COVID-19 issues, MCC is finally conducting the NEET Counselling 2021. The counseling process is done to fill 15% AIQ (All India Quota) seats, 100% Deemed Universities, Central Universities (Delhi University, AMU & BHU including Institutional/ Domicile Quota), ESIC, AFMC(only Registration Part) &I.P University (VMMC & SJH AND ABVIMS & RML& ESIC Dental, Delhi (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota ) 100% AIIMS, 100% JIPMER and B.Sc. Nursing (only 08 Central Institutes).

Once the NEET Counselling process is done, the remaining vacant seats will be transferred to the deemed universities for the final mop-up round.

NEET Counselling 2021 Important Dates

NEET Counselling 2021 Dates have been announced by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). These dates are announced after the successful conduction of the NEET Exam. You can check all the important dates regarding the counseling process from the table mentioned below.

  • Important Note: Due to some matrix error, the final result of Round 1 counselling was withdrawn. The revised final result of NEET UG Counselling Round 1 has been uploaded on the official website on 02nd February 2022. Mop-Up round registration/payment date has been revised to 16th March 2022.

NEET Counselling 2021 Complete Procedure

If you want to apply for the NEET Counselling 2021 process, then you will be going through certain phases. These phases are the most important steps if you want to get admission to Medical colleges. So, don’t miss checking even a single step of the counseling process.

Step 1 – NEET Counselling UG 2021 Registration

This is the first step in the NEET Counselling process i.e. registration. You need to apply through the MCC official website once you qualify for the exam and NEET Merit list.

Step 2 – NEET Counselling UG 2021 Choice Filling & Locking

After you are successfully registered through the MCC official website, you are required to fill in the choices of courses and colleges as per your preference. To fill in your choices log in to the MCC official website using login ID and password. Once you are logged in, you can submit, modify or delete your choices.

Step 3 – NEET Mock Counselling 2021

Candidates can also participate in NEET Mock Counseling to have an idea of the seats they would be assigned depending on their preferences and rank.

Mock Counseling NEET 2019 assists applicants in refining their choices, and candidates can change their minds at any time throughout that period because placement is not binding.

Step 4 – Reporting to the Assigned College

Candidates must report to the assigned college and pay the initial fee required for admission to guarantee their seats. Then, they must next finish the admissions procedures.

If a candidate arrives at the authorized college after the time restriction has expired, his or her place will be automatically assigned to the next candidate.

Step 5 – NEET Counselling 2021 Second Round

If an applicant is dissatisfied with the seats provided, he or she may proceed to the second stage of NEET Counseling. Candidates who are allocated a seat from the 15% All India Quota in the second round of NEET counselling are not permitted to leave the seat unfilled.

Candidates can view their NEET Second Round Counselling Result individually by entering their roll numbers or by cross-checking their All India Rank status from an accessible, complete list.
