BEEE 2018Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination (BEEE) is conducted to select students for B. Tech and B. Arch programs for Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER). BEEE 2018 shall be conducted in both offline and online mode. The exam dates for these modes would be different.

  • Online Form Submission last Date: 28th February 2018
  • Last date to submit application form offline: 8th April 2018
  • Admit Card Availability: First or second week of March 2018
  • BEEE 2018 (Online): 15th to 18th April 2018
  • BEEE 2018 (Offline): 14th to 15th April 2018
  • Result Declaration: 6th May 2018
  • Counselling: 1st to 5th June 2018
  • Receipt of NATA score and HSC marks (for B. Arch) last date: 27th June 2018
  • Rank List and Counselling Schedule Announcement (for B. Arch): 11th July 2018
  • Arch Counselling: 14th July 2018

Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination (BEEE) Eligibility Criteria 2018

Candidates applying for BEEE need to fulfil the following criteria:

  1. Tech
  • Candidates must clear class 12th or equivalent from a reputed board.
  • The cumulative score in Physics, Chemistry and Maths/ Biology must be at least 50%.
  • Candidates who are not 25 years of age on 1st July of the year of admission are eligible.
  1. Arch
  • Candidates must clear class 12th of senior school certificate examination or equivalent with Mathematics as a mandatory subject in class 12th.
  • Candidates must score a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates who are not 25 years of age on 1st July of the year of admission are eligible.

About College

Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER) was established by S. Jagathrakshakan in the year 1984. It was initially known by the name Bharath Institute of Science and Technology. It has four campuses in total. These are Bharath Institute of Science and Technology, Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital and Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Science. While Bharath Institute of Science and Technology, Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital and Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital are located in Chennai, Sri Lakshmi Narayan Institute of Medical Sciences is based in Puducherry.

BIHER is one of the first autonomous engineering colleges established in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Initially, it was affiliated to the Madras University and later by Anna University. The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in various fields including medicine, engineering, science, technology, management and arts.
