Wherein you study for 45 minutes straight and then take a 15 minutes break. The 15 minutes break will help you study again with better focus. Therefore, it is important to avoid procrastinating so that no backlog is piled up and you do not have to opt for last-minute long hours of studies to cover the entire syllabus. Start studying the moment you decide to appear for the exam.

2. Keep distractions at bay

To utilize these 45 minutes to the fullest you need to stay aloof from distractions or anything that puts an obstacle in your prep. Many times candidates are surrounded by their own thoughts while preparing which creates a hindrance in their prep. To keep yourself from zoning out it is important to get back to the topic that you were on to regain alertness.

3. Adopt healthy habits
