
GATE or Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is a national-level exam conducted to test the extensive understanding of numerous subjects in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts. IIT Kanpur will be regulating the GATE exam in 2023 in a computer-based test mode (CBT). This exam will be conducted by IISc Bangalore and 7 IITs namely IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, and IIT Roorkee on behalf of the National Coordination Board. It is one of the most reputed national-level exams conducted in the country. Students who wish to strengthen their career appear for this exam as this exam incorporates 29 disciplines or subjects. GATE Registration 2023: As per the latest reports the IIT Kanpur, which is in charge of the exam has begun the GATE registration 2023. The registrations started on 30th August 2022. Aspiring candidates willing to appear for the GATE exam can fill in the application forms on the official website of GATE: https://gate.iitk.ac.in/
Make sure that you do not miss this chance as the deadline to submit the GATE registration is 2023 is 30th September 2022. The GATE exam is planned to be on February 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2023.

GATE 2023 Eligibility criteria
Academic qualification: Any student who has either obtained a degree program in engineering Technology/ Architecture/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts or is pursuing 3rd or higher year in any undergraduate degree program is eligible to appear for the GATE exam 2023.
Nationality: Candidates appearing for the GATE exam should be Indian citizens but students from other countries like Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can also appear for this exam.
Age limit: The eligibility criteria of the GATE exam do not imply any age restrictions.

GATE 2023: papers
The GATE exam 2023 will be conducted for 29 subjects and the eligible GATE exam score will provide admission to
(i) Various direct Doctoral programs or Master’s programs in Engineering/ Technology/ Commerce/ Arts/Architecture.
(ii) Doctoral programs in institutions aided by MoE and other government agencies providing concerned branches of Arts and Science.
