Study in small intervals

Your body and mind can become tired due to long-drawn hours of studies. And a tired mind cannot focus well, and concentration is the much needed requirement for the JEE prep and NEET prep. Study in a 3 hour interval to have better focus and efficiency. Following the 45/15 technique you will be able to retain and absorb better, study for 45 minutes and take a 15 minute break. This technique will give you time to refresh your mind and study with full concentration again. 

Morning Hours for most productivity

Studying at odd times can have negative impacts on your JEE prep and NEET prep. Your mind is exhausted during the late night hours and studying at such an hour will be in vain. Instead of studying during the night time it is suggested to, take ample sleep and then wake up at around 5 to 6 in the morning. You can take a small walk before starting your NEET exam or JEE exam preparation, this will help refresh your mind.
