Highlight Important Points
Use highlighter pens to emphasize on the important points. This is especially helpful when you are running short of time and just want to give a glance at the notes.
Underline
Underlining the main points and any information that needs to be focused on is also a good idea. This way you will not have to waste time running through the entire information looking for important points.
Use Different Inks
Writing notes with the same ink makes the notes look dull. Your notes should be such that you feel like referring to them again and again and this can be achieved by using different coloured pens.
Maintain Good Handwriting
Make sure you prepare your notes in good hand-writing so that you do not have problem understanding them later.
